Booking
To secure your booking, you can schedule an appointment online via chiara-studios.com. When booking via what's app/ social media, please provide your name, phone number and e-mail.
Rescheduling
It is possible to reschedule your appointment until 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is only possible to reschedule an appointment 1 time. Late rescheduling will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Rescheduling on the day of the appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the service.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Late cancellations will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the service.
No Shows
No shows is when the appointment is left unattended without any previous notice. No-shows are charged a fee of 100% of the service.
Allergies
A notice within 3 days post appointment is required in case of allergies. All treatments are done by Chiara Hoijer. She is a trained proffessionals and performs treatments conforming industry hygiene guidelines and to the best of her ability. Chiara Studios do not hold itself responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after any treatment. We advice a patch test prior to any eyelash/ henna/ tinting/ treatments that include liquid/ creams/ chemicals/ other chemical treatments/permanent makeup treatments to avoid any chances of allergic reactions. This patch test must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment. The patch test can be done in the salon and is free of charge.
